I offer a choice of three tours:

 

Combined Hiking and Climbing Tour to the Cap Canaille (maximum 5 persons):

This is a very beautiful itinerary for a first experience in big descents (4m, 12m, 24m and finishing with 45m). For the brave ones, it is possible to make a descent in the entry of the “Cave of the 14th of July” (with open space below). The itinerary then follows the ledges called the “goats path” where it is necessary to rope up.

 

 

 

The loop around the Bec de Sormiou (“the beak of Sormiou”) (maximum 6 persons):

It’s a very original way to discover the Calanque de Sormiou and to slowly get used to heights.
You’ll go from passages on ledges to abseils, with one abseil of 25 m and in sections on spider threads (with your feet in empty space), all very close to the sea.

 

 

 

The Ramond crossing behind the Calanque d’En-Vau (maximum 3-4 persons):

This is a very wild itinerary, following a ledge between the sea and the Castelvieil plateau. In this itinerary, climbs follow abseils and roped-on sections over breath-taking ledges.
More difficult than another adventure trip with 3/4 persons maximum.
